Introducing the Rental Assistance Program
COMING SOON
Project PRC is launching the Rental Assistance Program (RAP) to provide struggling tenants with the support they need to stay in their homes. Through our "Network of Communities," apartment owners and managers can enroll their properties and gain access to financial relief for tenants facing hardships.
How Our Program Works:
- Apartment communities join the Project PRC Network with a one-time $2,500 membership fee.
- Each tenant contributes just $3.50 per month as part of their rent.
- When tenants experience financial hardship, they apply for assistance through their property manager.
- A caseworker evaluates the situation and can approve up to half of the tenant’s rent for three months, with an option for a one-time extension.
- Beyond rental aid, caseworkers connect tenants with additional resources for long-term stability.

Based in Dallas, Texas, we are an IRS approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to serve our community by developing and redeveloping properties that lessen the burden on government. We are not affiliated with any religious or political groups, but we do believe that everyone deserves access to safe, affordable, and high-quality housing, and we work tirelessly to make that a reality.
Our team is dedicated to solving today's housing crisis and adding value to communities across America. We do this by partnering with government entities, public and private schools and universities, other organizations, and donors to create P3 partnerships that benefit all involved. We also specialize in student housing, low to moderate income housing, and the redevelopment of abandoned properties.
In addition to providing housing solutions, we are also committed to improving infrastructure in the communities we serve. From roads and bridges to water and sewer systems, we believe that investing in infrastructure is crucial for the long-term health and prosperity of a community.
